Scientific Comfort
PANTHER TACTICAL footwear respects the biomechanics of the foot for unalterable comfort over time and the well-being of workers. The collaboration with the team of posturologists and podiatrists Progetto Postura® has scientifically validated that, by respecting the anatomy of the foot and therefore its postural functions, muscle activity and work performance improve. Through the use of innovative tools such as Cryovizion (patented postural analysis system) and the support of the baropodometric platform, the team has shown that comfortable shoes create the best conditions for postural well-being throughout the working day.
sustainability
Our approach to sustainability is based on progressive, documented actions—some already implemented and others under development—with the aim of gradually reducing the environmental impact of our activities.
We have launched an energy efficiency plan that includes the installation of a photovoltaic system and the thermal insulation of our facility, both designed to lower consumption and increase the use of renewable energy.
Within the supply chain, we work exclusively with certified partners who comply with European regulations, including the REACH Regulation. Our packaging is made of FSC-certified cardboard, consisting of 86% recycled material and fully recyclable.
Regarding materials, we are introducing innovative components made from RPET and recycled polyurethane into the uppers and insoles of several models. Furthermore, by replacing our previous injection machine with the DESMA 24, we have reduced production waste and its environmental impact: part of the polyurethane waste is reintegrated into the production cycle. In 2024, for example, we achieved a share of 10% recycled PU in some models, and we are working to gradually increase this percentage.
At the same time, we continue to monitor production waste in order to collect increasingly accurate data on material recovery and reuse.

PLASMAFEEL
Lining in 3D fabric that keeps the foot constantly cool and dry thanks to the instantaneous absorption of sweat and its immediate dispersion outside of the shoe. Breathable, antibacterial, resistant to wear and abrasion.
Windtex®
WINDTEX® is a breathable thermoregulating microporous membrane that repels water, wind and maintains the microclimate between the skin and the fabric. Created for clothing, it has proved to be very effective for work footwear even in the most difficult weather conditions. It is elastic, durable, waterproof, breathable and lightweight. How does that work? The membrane absorbs sweat produced by the body and directs it to the outside, thus keeping the feet dry and comfortable.
IN-DRY
IN-Dry is the most advanced patented technology for waterproofing outdoor products through the direct lamination (3D) of a waterproof/breathable membrane which, unlike traditional sock linings, is firmly laminated directly on the inner surface of the upper (leather or fabric) already sewn in a 3D conformation, complete with hooks and eyelets, with this technique the seams and any other potential entry point are sealed.
The patented IN-Dry lamination machine ensures that water is blocked at the outermost layer of the shoe, which thus remains light and dry in all weather conditions.
WINTHERM
WINTHERM® is a Breathable fabric with internal aluminum microfilm that keeps the foot temperature constant. Insulating, antistatic, antibacterial derived from recycled PET material. Insulates the foot from cold and heat. Small bulk inside the shoe. Coupled with linings and other materials for CI and HI certifications.

Hi-Tech Fabric
Technical fabrics, combined with leather, ensure high performance, greater durability, and protection. They provide breathability, water repellency, and resistance to abrasion and tearing. The jacquard-woven polyester adds additional cut-resistant and anti-fray properties.
RECON models also feature a KPU reinforcement on the inner Fast Rope area, metatarsal, toe cap, heel, and malleolus, as well as a pocket for lace storage
Soles
VIBRAM TC4 +
Vibram TC4+ is a specific compound designed for work and safety soles. Vibram TC4+ when used with appropriately designed footwear can meet the ASTM and CSA levels for ESR {EH} footwear. While maintaining Vibram high level of performance in grip and durability, these compounds satisfy the ISO standards for protective outsoles including tear strength resistance, oil resistance, hot contact resistance, and flexing resistance. Vibram TC4+ is recommended for industrial and work service applications.

BASF PUR Elastopan® polyurethane foam insole, ensures the maximum comfort and the absorption of the impact on all surfaces. Polyurethane outsole, with an elevated grip, resistant to wear, oils and hydrocarbons. System of energy absorption on the heel. It leaves no mark on the surface. SATRA UK “Pedatron Test” that certifies abrasion resistance three times greater than standard MOULD 19 and 51.
Insoles

ACTIVE
Thermoformed in dual-density recycled polyurethane with a tear resistant multilayer fabric. High breathability and quick absorbing thanks also to special puncturing in the forepart, for a foot that is always dry. Antistatic, antibacterial, anti-fungus, the presence of activated carbon keeps the foot free from bad smells. Complete with shock-absorbing heel support to reduce impacts on the entire spine and arch support to ensure greater comfort.

Iso Safe
Thermoformed insole, in warp-knit multilayer fabric, in bi-density polyurethane foam made from recycled material and aluminum that insulates from cold and heat. Fully breathable and quickly absorbent for a dry foot. Antistatic, antibacterial, antifungus. In addition, the presence of activated carbon keeps the foot free from bad odors. Complete with shock-absorbing heel support to reduce impacts on the entire spine and arch support to ensure greater comfort.
